If available we prefer to get information via an interface from an in-office clinical systems.  If clinical information system interface is not available we can receive information in any electronic means. We can also work directly with printed medical order forms, for example, lab requisitions  or Dr. office super bills.

No, you need a computer with high speed internet connection in order to directly access your patient billing information.

We will provide you with necessary reports to validate any aspects of what is being done with your charges,  In the case of claims filing you would quickly see large jump in AR if they weren't being filed.

Yes, we feel that any professional service relationship requires some type of formed agreement that defines the services to be performed, reimbursement requirements and other expectations of the parties.  We do provide the agreement to be terminated easily with out any early termination fees.
